Pr and Events Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated fashion PR and Events Assistant based in London to support and take a proactive role on a full-time basis within the Wolf & Badger PR & Events team.
- Assist with the planning and execution of all London in store events
- Support the PR team with implementation of PR and media relations strategy
- Coordinate sample management and supporting on influencer gifting, including sourcing from global designer community, send outs, follow ups, feedback and managing returns
- Collate and seed out trend-lead mailers across all categories for media to pick up
- Liaise with Wolf & Badger designers
- Research into trends, industry news, collaboration and event opportunities and influencer networking
- Assist with Press and Influencer store visits
- Establish and nurture key media, talent and influencer relationships
- Assist with the compiling of reports and gather analytics data
- Update databases, conduct industry research, create image libraries, monitor coverage and more
- Create and design exciting trend-led press content to be distributed to industry
- Ideate creative and on-brand event concepts that support Wolf & Badger growth
- Create unique and interesting brand partnerships
- Coordinate and respond to press requests
- Generate ideas to pitch to senior staff
- Assist the PR team in the daily running of the PR offices across London, New York and Los Angeles

This role is located on the mezzanine floor of our flagship London store in King's Cross as an on-site point of contact for any PR & Events related actions.

You will therefore need to maintain a welcoming atmosphere and:

- Greet clients who walk into the mezzanine and check to see if they need any assistance. If they do direct them to the correct person in the store team or the correct part of the building
- Meet weekly with the KX Store Manager to discuss any issues or concerns, as well as the in-store activations happening that week
- You will not have any selling responsibilities. However if a situation occurs in which you can make a sale easily there is a till-point at the desk and you will receive any commission on items that you do sell.

**Requirements**:

- Have at least 1 year PR or events experience working in the fashion industry, with business and technology experience a bonus
- Have a genuine interest in fashion, including independent designers
- Be motivated and enthusiastic
- Have familiarity with the organization of press reports and press clippings
- Demonstrate solid understanding of and ongoing interest in media relations and strategy
- Be able to identify communication opportunities through a proactive approach
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines
- Excel at prioritization and time management
- Be extremely well-organized, methodical and efficient, with strong initiative
- Possess strong writing and communication skills
