**Manchester Staff** is searching for a Marketing Executive to join their clients well established client’s firm in Cheadle Hulme.

The company is rapidly growing and as a result, is now looking for a confident and organised Marketing Executive to join their team.

Over time you may be offered the opportunity to progress and learn about other areas of marketing or the business depending on performance, skill and company needs.

Whilst experience and knowledge within the business-to-business marketing sector are beneficial, we will consider those from other backgrounds.

**Responsibilities**
- Plan and deliver inbound and outbound campaigns in line with the company plan.
- Lead on the development of our brand identity, tone of voice and messaging.
- Represent the company and our brand in the industry as required.
- Creating and developing company documents for internal and external use.
- Assisting in organising hospitality and marketing events.
- Assisting different teams in helping to improve processes within the business and for the clients.
- Keeping systems with client and company data up to date.
- Liaising with current and potential clients, maintaining and developing relationships as well as looking for opportunities to cross-sell products.
- Maintain continuous professional development within the marketing arena to ensure all relevant news or updates are acted on appropriately.

**Skills Needed**
- Proven track record creating various short
- and long-form content.
- Basic understanding of SEO and website management.
- Experience managing social media.
- Basic understanding of the Adobe suite or Canva with experience in design.
- Good understanding of Microsoft Office.
- Good understanding of the Google suite.
- Strong professional written and verbal communication.
- Needs to have great organisational skills and be able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Experience creating and delivering comprehensive marketing campaigns.
- Enthusiasm, positivity, and a solution-focused mentality.

**Experienced**
- 1+ year(s) experience within a marketing role (required)
- 1+ year(s) experience within a B2B business (optional)
- A degree or qualification in Marketing or a similar line of business (required)

£22,000 to £26,000 depending on experience and skills

20 days (increasing with service) + Bank Holidays and 1 day for your birthday
