My client is a large regional firm with offices throughout Kent. Here you can expect to deal with a wide range of clients as part of a busy team. The team deal with property litigation in relation to both residential and commercial property for clients basedacross the region.

This role will see you manage your own caseload of matters, providing support to the Partner and wider team when required. Work includes landlord & tenant disputes, service charge disputes, boundary & neighbour disputes and dilapidation & disrepair.
- Have at least 2 year's worth of experience managing their own caseload of mixed property disputes, with an emphasis on commercial property;
- Naturally take a collaborative and proactive approach to their work;
- Be ambitious, confident and motivated to exceed expectations.
