We are looking for a
**Game Designer** to join our team and help us create visually stunning and immersive environments that bring our games to life.

As a Game Designer, you will own and drive key areas of design, contribute to the development of processes and pipelines and be a reliable, autonomous member of the team. You will act as a champion of quality across the games under development. You must be flexible, highly motivated, and approachable.

**The Role**:

- ** Design Mastery**: Craft, own, and refine standout feature and system designs. This includes conceptualising new gameplay mechanics, balancing existing ones, and ensuring a cohesive player experience.
- ** Pipeline Leadership**:Take charge of our game design pipeline. From brainstorming initial concepts, prototyping, iterating based on feedback, to overseeing the final release, you'll be at the helm ensuring smooth transitions between each phase.
- ** Collaborative Spirit**:Work closely with our dedicated and talented cross-discipline team. Engage with artists, programmers, and audio engineers to ensure your designs are feasible and align with the overall vision.
- ** Technical Acumen**: Utilise Unreal Engine's vast toolset to bring designs to life. This means understanding the engine's capabilities, working with blueprints, and collaborating with the technical team to ensure the highest quality output.
- ** Analyse and react to feedback.** Be involved with relevant communities to understand trends, direction, and player sentiment. Organise play test sessions, leverage surveys and perform market analysis to inform our product priorities with both quantitative and anecdotal feedback.

**About you**:

- You have at least one AAA title to your name.
- You're a reliable, self-motivated team player.
- Your experience includes titles with notable shooter and FPS elements.
- Problem-solving is in your DNA, and you excel at it throughout the development process.
- Your previous work showcases your commitment to quality, evident through a portfolio or game releases.
- You communicate your ideas clearly, both in writing and verbally.
- Above all, you have a deep-seated passion for games.
