What we're looking for:
- A 'T-Shaped' Audio Designer with expert-level skills in SFX design, and supporting skills in other game audio subdisciplines (dialogue, tech etc.)
- Exceptional ability to adapt and work iteratively and dynamically in response to feedback and evolving requirements, systems and technology.
- Prior experience (either formal or informal) of successfully mentoring fellow creatives.
- Extensive 'at-scale' game audio design experience, on medium-to-large project(s).
- Proven capability working in different creative modes (exploratory, efficient delivery, high-quality polishing, scalable systems etc.) and matching these to the relevant development context (prototyping, expanding scope, shipping etc.)
- Demonstrable experience balancing independence and proactivity with collaboration and contribution to the team's cohesive and reflexive culture.
- Proficient in the use of game engines and audio implementation tools and systems.
