Sussex Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCGs) are seeking to recruit an experienced Head of Programme (8c) to lead the Digital First Programme in Sussex. The role supports the CCGs in driving digital transformation as well as value for money in the planning, commissioning, and delivery of clinical service. The post is available on an 18 months fixed term basis.
The Digital First Head of Programme role is a senior leadership role, working as part of a dynamic team with a focus on the delivery of a number of transformational workstreams across Sussex. Managing end to end delivery of these workstreams, this role plays a pivotal part in the digital transformation of Primary Care in Sussex.
The post holder should possess an in-depth understanding of the requirements to deliver successful change in digital primary care. They will be responsible for building effective working relationships with clinicians, CCG Executives, senior managers, and other stakeholders to influence and drive change, to ensure that the anticipated benefits of the digital solutions are fully realised.
In addition, the post holder will act as a key stakeholder for the developing primary and community care networks. This will involve attendance at key stakeholder meetings and working alongside multiple providers to identify potential opportunities and solutions which will improve patient care.
