**What will I do?**
- Checking Guests in and out of the hotel
- Providing guests with information they need throughout their stay
- Liaising with House keeping regarding room allocations, status and special requirements
- Effectively dealing with guests feedback or minor issues
- Ensuring KPI surveys are filled out by all guests checking out of the Cabins
- Correctly storing luggage and taking it to the Cabins for arrival guests
- Showing integrity and responsibility when handling guest property and follow procedure regarding guest safety deposit boxes.

Qualifications & Experience:
**No previous experience required**, just **enthusiasm** and **eagerness** to learn

Pay Range: Compensation between GBP £12.35/Hr.
