Admin Assistant

**About us**
Based in Redruth, Cornwall, Boosters has been supplying promotional merchandise and print since 1997 and over the years we have built a small, strong, knowledgeable team, most of the team have been together for over 15 years.
- Checking all details on received orders are correct before processing - costs, dates, print information.
- Ensure all jobs are processed and delivered to the agreed schedule - maintaining contact with suppliers and customers throughout the process.
- Packing and shipping of orders as required from our offices using an Online system.
- Dealing and sorting any issues that arise at any stage of the order process - pre and post-delivery, working with the office team or suppliers to resolve amicably and swiftly.
- Maintaining and updating the in-house CRM system.
- Stock Taking
- Supporting the management team as required with the administration of office functions.
- Accounts experience an advantage but not essential
**The successful applicant**
- Has worked in an administrative or accounts role previously
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills
- Is computer literate with a high level of attention to detail
- Experience of working with Sage 50 accounts (desired not essential)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment

**Salary**: £20,000.00-£22,500.00 per year
