Senior Fis Portfolio Consultant

**About the Role**

As a **Senior FIS Portfolio Consultant**, you will be a key player in driving the implementation, customization, and integration of **FIS portfolio technology** solutions. This role focuses on leveraging the FIS suite of portfolio management tools, including **FIS Front Arena**, **FIS Investment Suite**, **FIS Asset Management**, and other FIS solutions, to help streamline and optimize portfolio management processes for the bank. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design tailored solutions that improve operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and enhance portfolio performance.

You will:

- Lead the implementation and customization of **FIS portfolio technology** to align with business needs, regulatory requirements, and client objectives.
- Manage the integration of FIS portfolio tools with other banking and financial systems, such as trading platforms, risk management systems, and data sources.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization for FIS portfolio solutions, ensuring high performance, reliability, and regulatory compliance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **FIS Portfolio Technology Implementation**: Lead the implementation of FIS portfolio management solutions such as **FIS Front Arena**, **FIS Investment Suite**, and **FIS Asset Management**. Tailor these solutions to meet the specific needs of portfolio managers, traders, and other financial professionals. Configure modules related to **trade lifecycle management**, **asset allocation**, **risk and compliance reporting**, and **performance analytics**.
- **Customization & Optimization**: Customize FIS portfolio technology to enhance functionality and optimize business processes. This includes creating and configuring **custom workflows**, **reporting dashboards**, **performance metrics**, and **data analytics** to meet specific business requirements.
- **Integration with Other Systems**: Oversee the integration of FIS portfolio tools with core banking systems, trading platforms, external market data sources, and third-party risk management solutions. Ensure seamless data exchange across systems, improving operational efficiency and reducing manual processes.
- **Risk and Compliance Management**: Use FIS portfolio technology to streamline risk management, including **market risk**, **credit risk**, and **operational risk** reporting. Ensure that all solutions are in compliance with relevant financial regulations such as **MiFID II**, **Basel III**, **IFRS**, and **Dodd-Frank**.
- **Data Migration & System Testing**: Manage the migration of legacy data into the FIS portfolio system, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Conduct thorough testing, including unit tests, integration tests, and user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure that the system operates smoothly and meets the bank’s business needs.
- **Post-Implementation Support**: Provide ongoing support to end-users after the implementation phase, addressing technical issues, troubleshooting, and providing user training. Continuously monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and recommend optimization improvements.
- **Stakeholder Management**: Engage with both technical teams (e.g., IT, software engineers) and business stakeholders (e.g., portfolio managers, risk officers, compliance teams) to ensure that FIS solutions are aligned with the bank’s strategic goals. Communicate effectively to manage expectations, deliver status updates, and resolve issues as they arise.

**Requirements**:

- **Minimum 5 years of experience** working as an FIS Portfolio Consultant or in a similar role, with hands-on experience in implementing and optimizing **FIS portfolio technology** such as **FIS Front Arena**, **FIS Investment Suite**, or **FIS Asset Management**.
- Extensive knowledge of **portfolio management** concepts, including asset classes, trade lifecycle management, performance attribution, and risk management.
- In-depth experience with the **configuration and customization** of FIS portfolio tools, including setting up **custom reporting**, **risk and compliance modules**, and **performance analytics** dashboards.
- Experience with integrating **FIS portfolio solutions** with other enterprise systems, such as core banking systems, trading platforms, and risk management tools.
- Strong understanding of financial regulations and industry standards such as **MiFID II**, **Basel III**, **IFRS**, and **Dodd-Frank**, and the ability to ensure compliance through FIS portfolio technology.
- Proven track record in managing **data migrations** and ensuring the accuracy and integrity of financial data during the process.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and resolve technical challenges related to FIS portfolio systems.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work closely with both technical and business teams.
