We have been appointed by a multi-award winning Master Trust to help secure them a new Trustee Secretary. This rapidly expanding organisation is well known for its award-winning platform and market-leading digital products.

The primary responsibility for this role is to ensure the seamless running of the Trustee Board along with its sub-committees. You will ensure ongoing compliance, maintain the trustee governance tool and ensure meetings and papers are arranged in line withexpectations. Further duties will include:

- Provide trusted secretarial support to the Trustee and Scheme Strategist
- Draft and maintain key Trustee documents
- Managing diaries
- Prepare agendas and meeting packs
- Organise meetings and take an active role to ensure they run smoothly
- Minute-taking
- Supporting the Governance team as and when required

In terms of what our client is looking for, you will need to have strong pensions knowledge (DB and/or DC background considered), have experience in working with Trustees, attending meetings and taking minutes and have a demonstrable flexible approach tochanging business needs.

In return, you will be rewarded with a salary of up to £65k plus benefits which include PHI, Dental, DIS & EAP.
