We think that 30 minutes isn't enough time to provide exceptional care, which is why we always make sure we are at hour clients homes for a minimum of 1 hour. This give our amazing Carers the chance to build a genuine, strong connection with our clients, and our clients have the chance to have a good natter.

**Job Description**:
**£10-£10.50 per hour**

**We pay mileage, travel time and waiting time**

**We have part time and full time roles available**

As a Care Worker, your client visits may consist of:

- Breakfast, lunch or dinner preparation
- Help with medications and self-care
- Companionship
- Accompanying your client to appointments, or a visit to the shops
- Helping your client get ready in the morning, or with their night time routine

**Qualifications**:
While full, training is provided to all of our Care Workers, previous experience, is not needed. If you are looking for a way to help others within your local community, have a caring nature and a warm, compassionate heart, we would love to hear from you

One hour minimum visits with clients to foster relationship-led care - complete tasks without rushing and get to know your clients.

We offer a range of contract options, from guaranteed hours, to zero hours if you would prefer to start with fewer visits, giving you the option to build up if you wish.
