As a Reward Analyst you build strong relationships and deliver exceptional customer service to key stakeholders across our Support Centre and Operations to help in the delivery of the Whitbread’s Reward strategy.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has strong analytical experience, that either works in reward or would like to move into a reward focused role.

You will contribute to:

- Pay review and incentive cycles
- Benchmarking
- Pay modelling
- Statutory wage increases
- Data submission to salary surveys

**What you’ll need**:

- Responsible for the management of job matching and pay benchmarking including survey participation and analysis of survey data.
- Using HR salary survey methodology and/or assimilating additional external pay data to benchmark roles against the external market and provide clear recommendations based on the data.
- Track market trends through benchmarking data using established salary surveys and liaising with third parties for intelligence, analyse findings to present to Reward Managers.
- Develop and maintain equal pay audits and produce MI in line with Reward Manager requirements for Diversity & Inclusion initiatives
- Provide full support to the Reward Managers to deliver the pay review and bonus processes.
- Source data, create tools, model scenarios, benchmark and analyse outcomes as per the annual reward cycle.
- Producing accurate pay and incentive models for payroll upload files and line manager communication packs.
- Undertake complex spreadsheet modelling and analysis, drawing conclusions from the data, and presenting in a format that is clear and meaningful.

**What you’ll need**:

- Advanced Excel skills - VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, ‘IF’ statements and Macros.
- Numerical and analytical skills experience and working in environment that requires a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent planning and organisational skills.
- Effective communicator with the ability to communicate to all levels.
