We are a property maintenance and construction company based in Kennington, SE11. We have an opportunity for a Bookings Coordinator who is a self-starter and has a strong track record in the property services industry. We are a young, dynamic team and there is huge scope for development within this role and progression as the company continues to grow.
You will manage and delegate client accounts, you will be responsible for the engineers’ schedules/bookings and ensure the engineers have the materials required for the jobs. You will be responsible for liaising with clients, fielding enquiries and issuing estimates based either on the company’s pricing structure or as detailed by the estimators themselves.

**About the Role**:
- Manage client accounts, ensuring excellent service is provided at all times
- Working with the office assistant to process enquiries, liaise with agents and tenants and prioritising works
- Scheduling engineers diaries
- Communicating with clients and tenants, offering updates on progress of scheduled works
- Communicating with clients and tenants regarding logistics of carrying out the works such as access, dates, etc.
- Communicating with clients regarding estimates, follow up, invoices etc.
- Producing estimates either as instructed by an estimator or following the company’s pricing structure for specific works
- Reporting to the MD and Director regarding progress on works
- Overall management of property information
- Working alongside the Director regarding budgeting, costing etc.
- Working with the office assistant to ensure all materials have been sourced for upcoming works and will be available for the engineers
- Support the MD and Director with ongoing projects and identifying potential avenues for growth
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills
- First class communicator
- Experience in property management and/or construction
- Motivated and looking for a position where you will grow with the company
- Accustomed to working in a busy environment
**In Addition**:
- We work with Commusoft scheduling software, previous experience would be great but not essential as training will be given
- References will be required
- Office hours are 9am - 5.30pm
- Salary £30-33k per annum dependent on experience
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
