**Job details**:
Our dynamic leisure centre is currently seeking a dedicated Leisure Centre Supervisor to oversee our facility's operations and staff. You’ll be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the leisure centre and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Ensuring the centre is run effectively and efficiently, you’ll lead and motivate a diverse team to achieve excellence in service delivery.

**About you**:
With a proven track record in managing a leisure or fitness centre, you’ll be committed to providing outstanding customer service. Using your well-honed communication and interpersonal skills, you’ll be experienced in developing and promoting new and existing activities and services to gain maximum customer participation.

Although you’ll be required to hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ), if this role sounds perfect but you don’t currently hold it, don’t be put off - we can provide you with everything you need to become qualified
- Swim 50m in less than 1 minute - Swim 100m continuously on your front, then 100m on your back
- Tread water in deep water for more than 30 seconds
- Surface dive to the deepest part of the pool
- Climb out of the pool unaided.

An offer of employment is conditional upon having the right to work in the UK. Huntingdonshire District Council does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role.
