Worcester, United Kingdom National Trust Full time

We’re looking for someone positive and pragmatic to join our team at Greyfriars House & Garden, Worcester.

If you are highly organised and enthusiastic about engaging audiences within a historical setting, then we’d love to hear from you. Working with colleagues, you will ensure our core visitor offer is sustainable and continues to receive good feedback, whilst using your creativity to evolve other experiences and activities; to build a changing offer that encourages repeat visits and broadens our audience.

You will build connections with other heritage, arts, and tourism partners to raise the National Trust’s profile in the city, ensuring that we are actively involved in cultural events and programmes.

**This role includes Duty Management, with the expectation of regular weekend working and occasional evening work.**

Who we're looking forWe’d love to hear from you if you have:

- Experience in delivering and developing events and activities for varied audiences
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with experience of building strong working relationships
- Experience of working with and supervising a team, along with a good understanding of the benefits of working with volunteers
- Strong organisational skills including working with tight budgets, prioritising and meeting deadlines
- A flexible, customer focused approach with experience in delivering high service standards
- Experience of delivering talks and tours for groups (or a willingness to learn)

The packageThe National Trust has the motto ‘For everyone, for ever’ at its heart. We’re working hard to create an inclusive culture, where everyone feels they belong. It’s important that our people reflect and represent the diversity of the communities and audiences we serve. We welcome and value difference, so when we say we’re for everyone, we want everyone to be welcome in our teams too.
