You will lead the technical direction on high-impact projects, guiding them from initial concept through to detailed design. Working alongside Project Managers and multidisciplinary teams, you will: Pioneer EICA design services for critical Water Business projects across the South West and Midlands. Mentor the next generation of engineers, acting as a technical leader and subject matter expert. Drive crucial collaborative design discussions, from HAZOPs to technical workshops, ensuring positive outcomes for our clients and the community. Grow Stantec's reputation, building key relationships with clients and stakeholders. About YouYou will be educated to degree level, with a wealth of experience in Electrical Engineering.Your deep experience in technical specifications, control philosophies, Single Line Diagrams, and technical reporting will be essential as you tackle diverse projects—from optioneering and feasibility studies to detailed design.
