**Overview**
We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Catering & Bar Staff to join our vibrant team. As a key member of our hospitality environment, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests while ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Your role will involve not only bartending but also contributing to the overall guest experience in our establishment, whether it be a hotel, restaurant, or catering event.

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve a variety of food & beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
- Engage with guests to provide excellent customer service, taking orders and offering recommendations based on their preferences.
- Assist in the preparation of food items as required, supporting the culinary team during busy periods.
- Handle cash and card transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced till at the end of each shift.
- Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure smooth operations during service hours.
- Attend training sessions to enhance skills in bartending, guest services, and food safety practices.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in a hospitality role is preferred; experience in bartending is highly advantageous.
- Strong understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food preparation.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanour.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for providing outstanding guest services and creating memorable experiences.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From £12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 36 per week
