We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Bar Staff to join our vibrant team.

Shifts are available Friday & / or Saturday nights

As a member of our bar staff, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere for our patrons. Your responsibilities will include serving beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards. Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons and taking drink orders efficiently.
  • Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, in accordance with established recipes and standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area, ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and stored.
  • Adhere to food safety regulations and ensure that all drinks are served in a safe manner.
  • Manage stock levels effectively, including ordering supplies when necessary.
  • Handle cash transactions accurately, utilising basic math skills for processing payments.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service during busy periods.
  • Demonstrate time management skills by prioritising tasks during peak hours.

Experience

  • Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is highly desirable.
  • A strong understanding of hospitality principles and customer service excellence is essential.
  • Familiarity with food safety regulations is advantageous.
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
  • Basic math skills are required for handling cash transactions accurately.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: £7.55-£14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 8 – 16 per week
