**WORKING HOURS**

Monday to Thursday 6.30am to 3.15pm, Friday 6.30am to 2.45pm

**This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone to become part of the Aluminium Window fabrication team for one of the industry’s leading manufacturers.**

**JOB SUMMARY**

Assist and supervise the day-to-day manufacturing process of Aluminium windows ensuring that compliance to company procedures is maintained.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

To provide excellent quality manufacturing of aluminium windows and doors, composite doors, bi-folds, and patios.

To focus on producing a quality product, in line with the production plan, ensuring targets are met and customer delivery is on time and in full.

To make sure your work is completed in line with the work instruction and standard operating procedures.

To follow and be responsible for the Health & Safety guidelines and regulations.

To assist the senior management team in resolving production queries when required.

To work with the production team to develop ideas for continuous improvement.

To work as part of a team and develop positive working relationships.

Perform any other duties that may be deemed necessary to ensure the effective running of the department and the company.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

Excellent attention to detail with the ability to understand and follow work instructions is a must.

Good problem-solving skills with the ability to achieve targets.

Excellent interpersonal skills.

A strong team player who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team.

A self-motivated individual with a “can-do” approach to their work.

Excellent timekeeper.

A willingness to undertake further training.

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 43.25 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Bonus scheme
