**Community Water Saving Champion - Team Leader**

**Leicester**

**Full time (37 hours per week) - 3 months contract**

**About the role**

Working on behalf us means you’ll be the voice and face of Severn Trent. You’ll be leading a team focusing on educating customers and communities across Leicestershire on how they can reduce their energy bills by using less water.

You’ll support and motivate your team who will advise and guide our customers to get the most out of their services, understand how we can support them, and point them to the further advice we can offer.

In your role as a Team Leader for our Community Water Saving Champions, you’ll be leading and supporting a team who will be communicating with customers through a mix of targeted neighbourhood networking - including door-step visits and pop-up events at various locations across your area.

Every day will be different, with new challenges and conversations. You’ll be listening to what customers tell you and helping them with what they need from us. So, if you’re a natural team motivator, a true people-person and a good listener, this is the role for you.

We’re really interested in what you can bring to the role.

Don’t worry if you don’t know much about the water industry. We’ll give you full training so you can confidently guide your team and educate our customers and help them make the most of our wonderful water.

And you won’t be alone - you’ll work with a group of 5 Team leaders, each responsible for a team of 10 across Leicester.

**If you’re successful you’ll join us through Pertemps - our 3rd party temporary supplier and work on behalf of Severn Trent.**
- A salary of £15.00 per hour
- 37 hours per week, for a 3-month period
- Shifts available Monday-Sunday
- Opportunities local to you with travel support if you need it
- Full training
