**Facilities**: To be responsible for the equipment inventory, arranging service, repair, calibration and PAT of all practice equipment. To log buildings maintenance requests and arrange remedial works in conjunction with the Facilities Manager and on site teams. To keep up to date inventories and records for compliance and inspection purposes. Health & Safety monitoring in line with practice policies and current legislation, working with our Health & Safety Leads to ensure routine checks are completed and records updated.

Participate in these checks when required. Assist the Facilities Manager with specific tasks or projects as required. Purchasing: To work with Purchasing Coordinator & Facilities Manager preparing and placing orders for the practice on a routine and adhoc basis. To respond to purchasing queries from the surgeries and keep teams up to date with any problems.

**Other**: To work with the other Management Team Administrators to provide general administrative support to the management team. Open and distribute management team post. Answer telephone calls and responding to directly or passing messages to other members of the team. Participate in moving supplies and notes between surgeries Respond to all queries for assistance from doctors, clinical and practice staff and patients in an efficient manner.

To assist management team managers to ensure practice policies and protocols are updated. To undertake specific assigned tasks, project support, or development / change work which may arise from time to time.
