Anderson Knight is recruiting a Planner for a well-established company based in Glasgow.

The job entails proactively and responsively scheduling and assigning engineering resources to customers, coordinating with relevant departments, and addressing both external and internal enquiries.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Taking complete responsibility for delivering outstanding engineer service responses by effectively scheduling to meet agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Offering support to field engineers and delivering exceptional telephone assistance to the entire customer base.
- Engineer scheduling while maintaining high standards of response and expertise in company procedures.
- Liaising with Field Engineers and key stakeholders.
- Generating service reports and completing assigned tasks.
- Prioritising calls based on customer needs and SLAs.
- Informing Field Service Engineers of allocated jobs.
- Ensuring high-level communication across departments.
- Planning for multiple interventions and maintenance.
- Staying updated on company standards, procedures, and products.
- Providing regular updates to customers, account managers, engineers, and managers.
- Administering and maintaining the scheduling system.
- Managing the resource planner for annual leave, sickness, training, etc.

- Strong routing planning skills and multitasking capabilities.
- Keen attention to detail and precision.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal abilities to foster relationships with colleagues.
- Competence in both written and verbal communication.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- Flexible to accommodate the needs of both internal and external customers.

**Shift Pattern**:

- Monday to Thursday 08:30 - 17:00 and Friday 08:30 - 16:30.

OR
- Monday to Thursday 09:00 - 17:30 and Friday 09:30 - 17:30.

Working 1 weekend in every 4. *Please note all weekend work is carried out at home. *
