Are you organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in planning maintenance activities? We are seeking a planner to join our team. Clyne Facilities Management, a new and upcoming business operating in and around the Glasgow area, is seeking a talented individual to join our team. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Create, assign, and manage work orders through the Management System (Simpro) and Client based interfaces.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Prioritize maintenance tasks based on urgency, safety, and operational needs.
- Ensure that all work complies with safety standards and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and materials used.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to optimize maintenance processes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a maintenance planning or coordination role, preferably in repairs, or facilities management environment.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent knowledge of maintenance management systems and planning tools.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach.
