**Job description**:
**We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Assistants who are passionate about providing personalised care and support to our service users.**

By working with us as a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll be a valued member of a compassionate team dedicated to caring for a young boy in Northampton.

In this role, you’ll deliver essential, person-centered care to our service user, managing his clinical interventions and tending to his care needs. You’ll also support him to participate in activities he enjoys, such as socialising with friends and family, going on community outings, and engaging in sensory-based activities.

At night, you’ll assist with his bedtime routines, ensuring he feels comfortable and secure, and help create a calming environment to support a restful night’s sleep.

**Please note, our service user’s parents have specifically requested for female staff to work on their team.**

**Pay Rates**:

- £14.00 - £16.00 per hour
- Approx. £168.00 - £192.00 (per 12-hour day shift)
- Approx. £168.00 - £192.00 (per 12-hour night shift)

**Shifts Available**:

- Full Time Nights
- 12 Hour Shifts Between Friday - Sunday
- Part Time Days
- 12 Hour Shifts on Saturdays and Sundays
- Staff can work every weekend or alternate weekends

**Essential Requirements**
- 3 months previous care experience
- Personal Care
- Moving and Handling
- Medication Administration
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Clear Communication Skills
