Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will shape the identity and marketing activity of ‘Help Kent & Medway’, an innovative partnership of NHS talking therapy providers.

Help Kent & Medway (HKM) is a collaboration between Insight IAPT and seven other NHS talking therapy providers in the Kent and Medway area. This 12-month Marketing Officer role will lead HKM’s marketing and communications.

The role will include:

- The redevelopment and establishment of HKM’s brand identity.
- The redevelopment of HKM website.
- The creation, delivery, and measurement of social media strategy.
- Digital content creation, including case studies, thought leadership pieces, and social media graphics.
- Writing and circulating press releases to relevant local media.
- Oversight of SEO activity, in collaboration with HKM’s digital partner.

Reporting to the Marketing Manager and working alongside the HKM partners, you will increase HKM’s reach and impact by delivering marketing activity that positively impacts local communities and population health.
- This is a 12-month fixed term contract and offers agile working, which can be a blend of home and office working. Please note, although this role is assigned to our Kent & Medway service, you will be working at our Head Office in Seaton Burn, Newcastle._
