Coppice Alupack, part of the EP Group, is an international supplier of packaging to the food manufacturing processing and baking industries. We are currently recruiting a highly skilled and creative Content Creator who specialises in B2B marketing. The role is a hybrid position and will require the individual to be office based 3 days per week - Must be able to commute to Bridgend main Head Office. Occasional travel to other locations for content photoshoots or Marketing events may be required.
**Responsibilities**:
Content Creation:
- Develop compelling and persuasive content for pitching decks, presentations, and sales collateral, ensuring alignment with the company’s brand tone of voice and messaging.
- Conduct thorough research to gather information and insights relevant to B2B target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
- Craft engaging and concise copy that effectively communicates the value proposition, key benefits, and unique selling points of our products/services.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and NPD product teams, to gather input and incorporate feedback into content development.
Social Media Content:
- Develop a targeted social media content strategy that aligns with the company's objectives and target audience.
- Create and curate engaging social media content, including posts, graphics, videos, and infographics, to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation in the B2B space, specifically LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and schedule social media content, ensuring consistent messaging and timely delivery.
- Monitor social media platforms for trends, customer feedback, and industry news to leverage opportunities for content creation and engagement.
Graphic Design:
- Design visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials, such as brochures, pitching decks, catalogues, infographics, blogs, and presentations.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand their design requirements and deliver creative solutions that effectively communicate key messages.
- Stay updated with design trends, techniques, and industry best practices to continuously improve design quality and innovation.
Collaboration and Project Management:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to understand their goals and requirements and translate them into effective content and design, sales & marketing collateral.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborate with external vendors, agencies, or freelancers, as needed, to ensure high-quality deliverables and timely execution.
- Maintain organised files and documentation of all content and design assets for easy access and reference.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) is desirable.
- Proven experience in content creation, copywriting, and graphic design, with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Proficient in graphic design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) or similar software.
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, target audience analysis, and buyer personas.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of the English language.
- Ability to distil complex information into clear and compelling content.
- Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual communication.
- Solid project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Up-to-date knowledge of design trends, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Portfolio showcasing relevant content creation and graphic design work in the B2B space is required.
- Must have experience and will be expected to present at interview pitching materials, decks and LinkedIn content portfolio.
- Must have worked with “product” copy rich in features and benefits and product content, rather than “services”.
