Currently, we're hiring a **Consumer Credit Lawyer **to join us with:
- UK Qualified Lawyer (or equivalent) gained at international top tier law firm or financial services institution.
- 5+ years experience advising on Consumer Credit regulations.
- Experience with Regulated Lending issues.
- Contentious/claims handling experience relating to s75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
- Experience implementing operational improvements.
- Experience within a Retail Banking institution advising end-to-end on both secured and non-secured lending products.
**The responsibilities for this role will include**:
- Identifying and advising on Consumer Credit regulation issues (CCA, CONC, FSMA).
- Managing claims brought under s75 of the Consumer Credit Act.
- Advising on regulated lending issues impacting multiple product.
