Here at SSCL, we're on the lookout for a HR Administrator to join our busy team supporting one of our high profile Clients on a permanent basis. Your focus will be on HR duties including transactional processes such as HR amendments & redundancy processes and answering telephone queries from internal employees
We do have a hybrid working policy, you will be required in the office in Newport Tuesday & Wednesdays and then working from home the rest of the week Our office is equipped with high tech coffee machines and other free perks such as tea, breakfast items (cereals and fruit) and lots more. We really go above and beyond to ensure our staff are looked after.

**What you'll be doing**: Manage redundancy schemes for various civil service departments Manage the redundancy process from start to finish To receive and route incoming and outgoing internal and external mail. To maintain records and filing systems, retrieving information as required.
**What you’ll bring**: Displays a ‘can do’ attitude to managing own workload to be able to assist other team members to achieve the team objectives. Good Microsoft Word and Excel skills (basic formulas and manipulation essential, Macro writing desirable) Ability to prioritise own workload and meet deadlines with support where required. Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with people at all levels both internally and externally. Articulate and able to develop good working relationships with colleagues and clients. Takes pride in delivering a high quality, high accuracy tasks under strict deadlines
**It would be great if you had**: Previous experience of working in a HR, Payroll or Pensions role would be valuable, but not necessary for the role - full training will be given.
