**Job Description**:

- Do you have experience working in a warehouse environment and thrive in a fast-paced setting? Look no further We are currently seeking a dedicated Production Operative to join our team at a reputable Pet Food Factory in their production team Out client is based on the outskirts of Retford and so you must have your own transport to get there.**Responsibilities**:

- Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.- Operate forklifts and other warehouse machinery safely and effectively.- Run a bagging line, operating machinery, and FLT Truck.- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to health and safety guidelines.- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and meet customer demands.- Participate in regular quality control checks to ensure product standards are met.- Assist in loading and unloading goods from delivery vehicles.**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a Production Operative or in a similar role is preferred.- Proficient in operating forklifts with your own licence / certificate.- Ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfilment.- Excellent physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects.- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in a factory setting.- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.- Flexibility to work night shifts, including weekends.**Working hours**:
Rotating shift patterns.- Week 1 - Monday to Wednesday 6:00 -18:00.- Week 2 - Monday to Wednesday 18:00-6:00**Benefits**:
