This role offers hybrid working, working within a dynamic, motivated and enthusiastic team....** **About the role ** **Key Responsibilities ** - Assist the Stores Education team with uploading the internal learning content to the Learning Management System ensuring deadlines are met - Support with the planning and organisation of 365 and Salon Success education sessions in Aylesbury and other education hubs, welcoming customers at Aylesbury and organising the catering for education and events hosted in the education hubs - Support Education Lead for 365 with accreditations/assessments - Manage Vimeo account to upload "how to videos" and digital content - Providing support to the Technical Educators while out on the road and stock order as and when required - Uploading Product Knowledge courses to My Learning - Working with Open Brands and informing them of numbers for education and assisting Education Lead for stores **About you ** - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organisational and administrative skills - Ability to effectively manage time and work in a fast paced environment - A creative and critical thinker with strong attention to detail - Passionate about the Hair and Beauty industry - Self-motivated with a positive can-do attitude **“At Sally, we find beauty in you.
