£12,467.52 - 37 hours per week

**Working week**:Monday to Friday 9-5 (shifts may vary)

**Role and responsibilities**:

- Be committed to the apprenticeship program and willing to learn from all formal development activities and attend all identified training activities to work towards achieving the apprenticeship
- Take ownership for own development and be committed to the exchange of information, including ideas, development, actions, and feedback
- Work proactively with a mentor to assess areas of strength, development areas, career goals and personal objectives
- Participate in planning and evaluation of learning activities with the class teacher, providing feedback to the teacher on learner progress and behavior
- Work closely with teaching and support colleagues to ensure learners can fully access the curriculum, using stretch and challenge to facilitate learning.
- Use agreed systems to complete and maintain accurate records, including delivered support to contribute to service income targets.
- Contribute to the learner’s personal development, encouraging the development of independent learning skills.
- Work in close collaboration with the Class Teacher, Learning Mentor Coach, SENDCo and any other specialists to support learning.
