Minimum Essential Requirements Right to work in the UK Minimum of 2 references Enhanced DBS clearance Experience and Qualifications Minimum Level 2 Teaching Assistant or Level 6 Qualification – Degree Experience working in a primary school Duties and Responsibilities Provide a high standard of physical, emotional, social and intellectual care for children Support school staff to facilitate the active participation of children in the academic and social activities of a school Contribute to raising standards of achievement for all pupils Implement the daily routine When directed, plan and implement age‑appropriate activities in conjunction with other staff Assist children in personal/intimate care Regularly evaluate children’s development and keep records as appropriate, as directed by the teacher Liaise with parents/carers only when directed by a school class teacher Uphold the Ripple Education ethos and all safeguarding requirements, ensuring children are supervised at all times Ensure the provision of a high‑quality environment to meet the needs of individual children at each stage of development Work Related Circumstances Ability to work flexibly Participate in training Commitment to ensuring a safe environment for children and a thorough knowledge of safeguarding procedures Benefits Employee mentoring programme Financial planning services Flexitime Pension Holiday pay How to Apply Option 1: Send us your CV for review.
