**Main Responsibilities**
We’re looking for a Senior Income Officer to lead in the management of a high quality, efficient and effective income recording, billing and collection service for the Trust.
You’ll manage a small staff team to achieve outstanding results in
line with contractual and service delivery agreements
You will oversee, develop and standardise credit control and recovery
**Procedures**
You’ll play a significant role in the transformation of business processes associated with the Commission to Cash income billing and collection
process. You’ll develop new ways of working and embrace continual business transformation and improvement
**About you & Qualifications**
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Good level of general education (including Maths and English at GCSE grades A to C or equivalent experience).
- AAT Level 4
- Extensive experience in a management accounting, finance, billing or credit control
- role at a supervisory level.
- Proven previous experience of staff management
- Ability to lead a team
- Numerate with high level of attention to detail
- In depth technical knowledge and expertise of financial accounting of income
