Relief Control Centre Supervisor

**SITE SPECIFIC INFORMATION**:

- **Industry**:Security National Control Centre (NCC)
- **Pay Rate**: 13.02 Per Hour in NCC and site based rate for Static Guarding - £11.44.
- **Rotations**:Thursday and Friday Evenings, 1700-2300 in the NCC and Saturday and Sunday 0800-2000 in Leicester at a Static Guarding site. (36 Hours guaranteed)
- **Location**:Consortio Security Head Office - Castle Donington - DE74 2UD and LE19 1SA.

**Essential for the role**:

- SIA Licence
- CCTV License
- Driving License
- Customer Service Experience
- First Aid Qualification

**SCOPE**:
To be considered for this role you must hold an active SIA License be it Close Protection, Door Supervisor or Security Guard and a CCTV License. You must have an in date First Aid qualification and have previous NCC experience, alongside excellent customer service skills as the role involves working with colleagues across the entire business nationally.

This role would suit someone who is flexible, able to think on their feet, who is able to constantly prioritise tasks ensuring that the most important issues are dealt with first and foremost.

All site training will take place prior to mobilisation.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
Purpose of the role: To provide an efficient and professional security service to Consortio Security’s clients as specified, demonstrating the highest levels of professionalism, customer service and integrity.

**OUTLINE OF MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support the contractual hours for each security location.
- To ensure Key Account / Operation Managers are notified of any incidents which occur on their sites in a timely manner
- Ensure all incidents are logged and managed effectively through to completion and / or handover to relevant manager.

- To produce written reports and updates to management regarding incidents which occur on site
- Monitor real time telephone performance to meet business standards
- Effectively communicate business issues to the relevant department. You need to be able to pass accurate information in a timely manner and when working outside of normal hours act on your own initiative with mínimal support.
- Drive the automation of call logging to the required target
- Provide a full and complete summary of shift activity at shift handover within the control centre
- Accountable for the welfare, safety and potential ‘duress’ management contingency planning for all Supervisor / Officers on Consortio Security locations
- Maintain the standards of the NCC for access / egress and visitor regulation
- Ensure standards of dress, safety and presentation are maintained within the NCC at all times
- To monitor and check the vehicle tracker in line with Company policy and report any anomalies
- Though the CCTV system monitor Company’s client’s sites remotely. At sites where CCTV is not in situ, site are monitored by staying in hourly contact with the officer on duty.
- Monitor supervisor movements during the evenings
- Comply with procedures set out within the NCC Assignment Instructions.
