**About MZ9 Fitness**

MZ9 Fitness is a high-energy, community-driven training facility helping busy parents get fitter, stronger, and healthier through group training, accountability, and support.

We’re growing fast — new Kickstart programmes, expanding online coaching, Hyrox training, events, and two gym locations.
To scale, we need someone who LOVES people, LOVES conversations, and LOVES converting leads into clients.

**Role: Fitness Sales Advisor**

We are looking for a _proactive, organised, and people-focused_ salesperson who can stay on top of lead follow-up every day and help potential clients take the step to join MZ9.

Your job is to create more success stories — by getting people through the door.

**What You Will Do**
- Book consultations for our Kickstart programme & Memberships
- Run follow-up messages after our health & fitness webinars
- Maintain and update the lead pipeline/CRM
- Build warm relationships with local people looking to improve their health
- Close sales confidently and professionally
- Hit weekly targets (consultation bookings + sales)
- Work closely with our team to support new member onboarding
- Represent the MZ9 culture: friendly, energetic, supportive, honest

This is NOT cold calling — leads are already warm, interested, and engaged.

**Who We’re Looking For**

Someone who is:

- Friendly, confident, and loves speaking to people
- Consistent — follows up every single day
- Great at texting, calling, and building trust quickly
- Organised and reliable
- Driven by results and goals
- Positive, energetic, and enthusiastic
- Passionate about health, fitness, or helping people (even if you’re not a coach)
- Comfortable working independently and hitting targets
- Experienced in sales OR has the right personality to learn fast
- Not afraid to pick up the phone

Fitness industry experience is a plus, but not required — attitude matters more.

**Hours & Flexibility**

We are open to both:
**Part-Time: 15-25 hours/week**

Ideal for someone who wants flexible work around family, studies, or another job.

**Full-Time: 30-40 hours/week**

For someone who wants to grow with the business and potentially move into management.

**Daily lead follow-up is essential**, but you can work most hours remotely.

Pay: £13,433.06-£23,553.52 per year
