**We are currently looking to recruit a Training Coordinator on a permanent basis to be based out of our Shire Hall office.**
***
**The Training Coordinator will coordinate the training programme within Gloucestershire area.**
***
**Key Responsibilities**
***
***:
- **Manage the training programme within Gloucestershire**
***:
- **Track training attendance and completion rates, ensuring all training records are maintained in an organised manner using SharePoint**
***:
- **Work with the operations teams to ensure training is kept in date**
***:
- **Monitor and maintain induction records and toolbox talk records updating the central system**
***:
- **Monitor the budget for training and provide an annual plan of training requirements in line with the budget**
***:
- **Provide a training plan visible on Sharepoint to allow supervisors to plan resources**
***:
- **Ensure the training plan is managed to reduce disruption to daily work**
***:
- **Deliver in house training and workshops where required**
***:
- **Book and coordinate external training such as NPORS, First Aid, Driver CPC, etc**
***:
- **Liaise with Contract Managers to determine training needs and schedule training sessions**

- **Strong IT skills

- **Construction background advantageous not essential**
