This position provides administrative and operational support to ensure efficient and effective oversight activities.ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support:Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, documentation, and databases for all third-party entitiesCoordinate and schedule site visits, meetings, and training sessionsPrepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other relevant materialsAssist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as requiredOversight And Monitoring SupportAssist in the collection and analysis of data related to complaints, online reviews, customer feedback, QA and customer outcome metrics.Support the coordination and execution of mystery shopping exercises within AR premises.Monitor and track training completion data for AR colleagues.Assist in the preparation of AR oversight packs for governance forums.Communication And CoordinationAct as a liaison between the Third-Party Oversight Manager and third-party entities, facilitating effective communication and coordination.Coordinate and schedule Approved Person check-in calls and regulatory update sessions.Assist in the dissemination of regulatory updates, policies, and procedures to third-party entities.Project And Task ManagementSupport the Third-Party Oversight Manager in managing projects and initiatives related to third-party oversight.Maintain project timelines, task lists, and follow-up on outstanding items.Assist in the coordination and implementation of new processes or systems related to third-party oversight.Continuous ImprovementIdentify opportunities for process improvement and streamlining within the third-party oversight function.Suggest and implement changes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Provide feedback and recommendations to the Third-Party Oversight Manager based on observations and insights.Skills & ExperienceConsiderable experience gained directly within the insurance broking industry, or lesser experience supported by professional insurance qualifications.Strong stakeholder managementAttention to detailPeople managementWell-developed report writing, verbal and written communication and presentation skills;Familiarity and competency using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)Strong organisational and time management skillsGood written and verbal communicationAbility to influenceExperience of Account Executive led business as well as volume telesales environments would be an advantage, as would working with marketing material (Desirable)Understanding of the insurance placement process (Desirable)Why Join Us?Competitive salary and benefits packageFlexible working and holiday optionsPension, enhanced parental leave, and life insuranceDiscounts on technology, travel, and leisureLearning and development opportunitiesVolunteering and charity support daysJoin a company that values innovation, growth, and its people.
