**Overview**
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities through various outreach methods. Your primary focus will be on telemarketing and engaging potential clients to drive sales growth.

**Duties**
- Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to potential leads, introducing products and services.
- Utilise software tools, to track leads and manage customer interactions effectively.
- Communicate clearly and persuasively with prospects to generate interest and qualify leads.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads for further engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities and outcomes in the CRM system.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
- Continuously refine lead generation strategies based on feedback and results.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar role focused on lead generation.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with potential clients.
- A proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in managing lead information.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
