We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic staff for our new Supported Living House in Great Dunmow. We have worked closely with Essex County Council to open this scheme. Now it is time for more staff to join what we know is a great existing team. Driving licence required, as is weekend availabilty (must be able to work every other weekend)

We want to recruit high-quality Social Care professionals to ensure the delivery of safe care within our service. Full training is provided and there is an emphasis on career progression and personal development to help you succeed. All staff have the opportunity to complete qualifications in Health and Social Care. No experience is necessary as we all need to start somewhere; we are here to help you.

So here is the job requirements:
Support to promote autonomy and individuality

Support with meeting hydration and nutritional needs

Support to access the facilities and resources in the local community

Support with personal care, including medication and food preparation

Support to attend appointments and community groups

Support to access the community for day trips, shopping, activities of choice

Support with positive risk taking

COVID-19 considerations:
All staff are provided with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), First Aid Kit and all staff have received their Covid-19 vaccines.

**Salary**: From £10.00 per hour
