Purpose of the role:
Reporting to the Head of HR Operations, this role is responsible for HR information systems and data analysis, HR process implementation across the business unit. This role is also responsible for managing a HRIS & Reporting Administrator to ensure optimal customer service from the HRIS team.
You will be responsible for:
HR Information Systems
- System Administrator for our Workday system, providing trouble shooting support, liaison with the system provider to resolve issues and training to all users
- Design, develop, configure, and maintain system functionality across all Workday modules based on stakeholder requirements to enhance the customer experience
- Be a super user for Workday and provide support to the HR team and the business
- Facilitate and manage system aspects of annual processes such as Advanced Compensation Review, Employee Reviews and Talent Calibration
- Manage all system updates in close liaison with all stakeholders including IT, HR and Payroll users, employees, and managers
- Maintain all system documentation and training materials
- Manage implementation of new system functionality or modules
- Provide implementation review and support on any new HR technologies
HR Analytics
- Build and analyse accurate and insightful HR reports, and dashboards to communicate insights that leads evidence-based people decisions
- Create and maintaining visualizations of data and HR presentations along with narratives to assist in strategic decision making
- Work closely with business leaders to produce HR insight to influence top level business decisions
- Scoping stakeholder requirements and implementing as system development, configuration, or reports
- Design, produce and run a set of regular reports on all functions of HR for the HRBPs and the Company, providing recommendations and reviewing actions taken as a result, by the HRBPs and management
- Produce management reports for annual processes such as annual salary, bonus reviews and employee reviews
You will have (Essential skills):
- Extensive experience working with Workday (minimum 2 years’ experience)
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to plan and prioritise
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Good numeracy skills
- Methodical approach and comfortable working at times under pressure and to tight deadlines
- Good interpersonal skills and a ‘can do’ attitude
- Used to dealing with sensitive and confidential data
- Experience in creating, reporting, and analysing HR data
- Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
