**A QUALITY MARKET LEADING, ESTABLISHED ESTATE AGENTS REQUIRES A SALES NEGOTIATOR**

**£18,000 BASIC SALARY £25,000 OTE**

My client are looking for a **Sales Negotiator** with a minimum of 6 months experience to join their team, a known and successful brand with excellent ongoing career opportunities.

The position is for a person who is driven, competent and thrives in a busy environment. You must be able to show good communication skills both face to face and over the phone and have a desire to work in a competitive team with good earnings, in return you will be responsible for:

- Meeting and greeting customers both face to face and over the phone
- Matching customer needs for buying & selling of properties
- Enjoy generating appointments for viewings and valuations
- Telephoning customers with new properties that have come available
- Showing people around properties in the local area
- General administration duties with basic IT skills & data input
- Organised and efficient with good attention to detail
- Local knowledge preferable
- **Full driving licence and own car essential**

This is a dynamic role where your no two days are the same and you really get out of the role what you are prepared to invest in to it.
