**The Role**
We require a professional, reliable and focused individual to join our company in the role of Spares and Warranty Desk Administrator.

As Spares Coordinator and Warranty Desk support, you will provide exemplary customer service to Victors customers, end users and distributors by working efficiently and effectively to coordinate the quotation and supply of spares parts and by liaising with third party engineers to ensure timely repair of Victor Products.

**Duties will include but not be limited to**:

- Interpreting customer spares enquiries and quoting accordingly
- Inputting internal orders onto the production control system
- Liaising with internal departments to ensure queries are resolved within an appropriate time scale
- Organising services by third party engineers. Raising orders for payable service call outs and Checking and signing service engineer invoices
- Maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times while handling client interactions.
- Supporting administrative tasks as required to ensure the efficient functioning of the department.

- Good IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft Excel - **Essential**

**Hours of Employment**
7:30am - 4:00pm (Monday to Thursday)
7:30am - 3:00pm (Friday)

Pay: £20,000.00-£22,900.00 per year
