Payroll and Accounts Assistant

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Data Management**: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of payroll data, including employee records, timesheets, earnings, deductions, and tax information.
- **Payroll Processing**: Assist the Payroll Manager with the preparation and processing of payrolls, maintaining accuracy throughout all stages.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify and implement opportunities to automate payroll workflows and streamline processes for efficiency.
- **Regulatory Compliance**: Stay up to date with national payroll laws and regulations to ensure all systems and procedures remain compliant.
- **Employee Support**: Act as a point of contact for Home Administrators and Managers, providing prompt resolution to payroll-related queries and issues.
- **Training and Documentation**: Assist in maintaining and updating training materials, user guides, and documentation to support payroll processing and compliance.
- **Financial Reporting**: Support the preparation of nominal journals and variance reports for the Payroll Manager.
