**Job description**
To provide exceptional levels of customer service to all customers, focusing on back office and after care. This will include repairs, spare part, stock orders as well as working on customer What’s App Business. Focus will also be on after care, there will be opportunities to promote and sell all Hour Passion products to end consumers and meet all sales targets and boutique objectives. To assist the boutique in the below key areas to allow the management more time to focus on delivery annual objectives and their key management focuses.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service
Sales
Greet and serve all customers providing a friendly service and delivering a full and memorable experience. Following Hour Passion Customer Experience service program ensure familiarity with the product range, past and present, so that customers can be provided with as much detail as necessary. Ensure good knowledge of all functions of watches. Provide reliable information to customers in all matters relating to sales and customer service. Contribute to the store reaching its monthly and annual sales targets.
Security
Assist in controlling shrinkage by attentive action on the shop floor, merchandise handling, accident prevention and careful operation of the till and administration policies and procedures. Maintain/build a general awareness of products and security hot spots. Follow Company policy and procedures for opening/closing the store. Maintain correct processing of all deliveries.
Cash Handling/Payment Transactions
All transactions to be handled in a responsible and secure way. Till functions, cashing up, payments and general duties. Dealing with, and handling of, cash and credits cards.
Care of the Store
Ensure the store is kept clean and presentable at all times. Back of house and shop floor are both just as important. Health and Safety aware. Report any maintenance issues to SM and missed cleaning days. Good Visual Merchandising standards.
Stock
To complete inventories and daily head counts as and when needed. Organise deliveries, report any issues. Merchandise deliveries onto displays or over stock as per guidelines. Organise stock for promotions and offers
Communication
Adhere to company policies and regulations. Attend briefing sessions as directed by your line manager. Can present, and conduct, themselves in a professional manner to both customers and colleagues. Can deal with international customers and familiar with their customs and culture. Can communicate clearly to consumers and colleagues.
Product Knowledge
**Additional information**
Essential
- Experience in the Retail Industry at a sales advisor level.
- Preferably from a watch/jewellery, or prestige retail back ground.
- Must have an understanding of luxury retail.
- Must enjoy their work and have a natural passion for customer service, attention to detail and be well-organized.
- Strong IT skills and have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office and general administration (such as filing, organisation,GDPR compliance and communication skills).
Preferred
- Have experience with luxury watches or jewellery.
- Be accommodating to shifts, longer trading hours and staying late for VIP’s etc.
- Have experience dealing with international customers.
- Ability to communicate in other languages for example, Mandarin or Arabic.
