**Trade Order Fulfilment Operator and Driver**

The UK’s premier retailer of champagne is offering a multi-faceted role for an experienced Warehouse Operative/Driver for their On-Trade section. **The Role**

This is a dual role that requires the applicant to perform in either role when required. You would play a key role in the smooth running of the Aston facility, responsibilities to include:
Preparing trade orders in the warehouse, ensuring all paperwork and input on stock management software is correct.

Driving or supporting the driver with Trade Stock deliveries and collections from customers.

Checking and putting away supplier deliveries and informing your line manager of any shortages or damaged stock.

Checking paperwork, and matching delivery notes with actual goods received.

Replenish stock locations as required.

Packing orders for courier deliveries.

Preparing orders for pallet and trade deliveries.

Assist with a rolling stock-taking program, ensuring all stock is always located correctly.

Maintain housekeeping and always follow all H&S procedures.

Ensure the care of the company van and weekly checks are recorded.
- Full Clean UK Driver’s licence (van experience preferred).
- Forklift truck licence preferred.
- Experience in a warehouse/store environment.
- Experience and knowledge of drinks in the restaurant or bar trade are an advantage.
- Comfortable with long periods of activity, standing, lifting, and carrying.
- Good level of literacy, numeracy, and communication skills.
- An experienced driver with a good understanding of driving regulations / working safely.
- Reliable and professional approach to your work, able to take instruction.
- Enthusiastic, self-motivated, good time management, and a good timekeeper.
- This is a customer-facing role so a friendly nature and good communicator with Customers and with Trade Manager & Warehouse Manager as required when delivering orders to local Trade Customers.

**Salary**: From £10.42 per hour
