Key Duties
- **Engage with customers** face-to-face in various locations, presenting products and services in a professional and friendly manner.
- **Respond to customer inquiries** and assist with purchasing decisions, ensuring an outstanding customer experience.
- **Proactively upsell products and services** to maximise sales revenue and meet individual and team targets.
- **Maintain a presentable and organised** display of products during customer interactions.
- **Process sales transactions** accurately and efficiently on-site, ensuring all paperwork and records are up-to-date.

**Qualifications**:

- **Fluency in English** is essential.

- **Basic maths skills** for handling transactions.
- **Excellent time management and organisational skills** to manage sales activities, schedules, and records effectively.

- Must be happy and comfortable commuting to and working in Birmingham.
