**Role**: Cisco Unified Communications Manager

**Location**: Chester

**Duration**:12 Months

**Rate**: £600 a day (umbrella)

You will be working on a team responsible for a range of activities including solutioning, designing and deploying Enterprise Voice solutions that solve problems. the primary focus on innovation, delivering something new, platform stability, never down,elimination of non-permitted technology, identifying and solving risk items.

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Several years' experience working with CUCM 12.5 and above Dial plans (Partitions, CSS, Route Lists/Group), E.164 call routing, SIP/ Inter Cluster trunk connectivity, Translation/Route/Transformation patterns, Gateway configuration, Media Resources, Enterprise/ServiceParameters, Application User, Bulk Administration, SRST, RTMT, CDR Analysis and Reporting.
- Financial Forecasting
- Experience and knowledge in Data Network (LAN/WAN)
- Data driven analytics and Splunk integration

**Experience and Skills Desired**:

- Knowledge of SIP integration with different adjunct platforms
- Nice voice recording and integrations
- Avaya Contact Centre
- Knowledge of SIP integration with different adjunct platforms
- Familiarity with EXSI platforms and VMware platforms
- You can take a calm, pragmatic approach to problem solving whilst maintaining the ability to identify the moments when immediate or urgent action is required without being in 'urgent mode' continuously.
