We are recruiting for the following position to join our team in **Belfast**:
**Full-Time Dispensary Assistant (40 hours per week)**

**Duties will include**:

- Accepting prescriptions for filing, gathering and processing labels using IT systems.
- Handling telephone enquiries and giving advice while referring callers to the
pharmacist when necessary.
- Operating efficient stock control to include ordering and rotation of goods.
- Informing customers on all health and associated products including over the counter
medication, minor ailments and services offered by the Pharmacy.
- Promoting new and current product ranges using appropriate selling techniques.
- Till operation and money handling.
- Other duties as requested by the Pharmacist.

- Fully flexible Monday to Friday 8:30am-6:30pm and Saturday 8:30-5:00 (Saturdays in
accordance with branch rota).
- Able to demonstrate excellent communication and selling skills.
- Interested in Retail, Pharmacy and Customer Service.
- Interested in career development and progression and be willing to undertake relevant
qualifications.

**Previous experience in a pharmacy or sales related environment is an advantage but not essential.**
