**Your role**
We are looking for a self motivated individual to work within our busy Technical department, to ensure that all ingredients and suppliers meet all safety, legal, customer and Business’s requirements.
You will proactively manage the approved ingredient suppliers by using risk assessments and develop corrective action strategies to maximize supplier performance and suitability and liaise with internal customers and suppliers to resolve any ingredient related issues.
**What you’ll need**
- Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel & Word.
- A self motivated individual with the ability to communicate well with internal and external customers as a part of a team.
- A logical thinking individual with good problem solving and decision making skills.
- Familiar to HACCP principles
