Reporting to the head of our AI Studios, the Gen AI Transformation Lead**is an important role responsible for guiding a new client through transition, ensuring a seamless onboarding process and the successful adoption of our Gen AI tool, Pencil Pro. You will focus on optimising marketing, advertising, and content production workflows through Generative AI, driving efficiency, and innovation. Alongside our Client Management lead, you will lead a GenAI creative production team following the transition plan. You will have strong client-facing skills, a deep understanding of AI-driven creative production, and experience leading transformation projects.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Lead the onboarding of a new client, ensuring a smooth transition from their previous agency while aligning expectations and workflows with Jellyfish’s AI-driven model.
- Identify opportunities to enhance marketing, advertising, and content production using Pencil Pro, driving efficiency and performance at scale.
- Work closely with our client to develop new ways of working that integrate Generative AI into their creative and marketing processes.
- Collaborate with our teams across strategy, creative, media, data, and technology to ensure seamless execution and adoption of AI-powered solutions.
- Work with Client Management, act as a trusted advisor, providing expert guidance on AI-driven marketing transformation, building strong relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Lead project tracking and discovery workshops to identify requirements and how to create best practices of using AI in content creation and marketing.
- Monitor important performance metrics, analyse data-driven insights, and provide regular reports to clients on the impact of AI-enabled transformation.

**Qualifications**
- Experience client management, digital marketing, creative production, or transformation roles within an agency or marketing technology environment.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, content automation, and AI-driven creative production.
- Experience leading large-scale marketing transformation or technology adoption projects.
- Experience leading cross-functional teams, balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate complex client needs and find tailored AI solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical AI concepts into actionable business insights.
- Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools, performance media, and platform algorithms.
- A passion for innovation, efficiency, and pushing the boundaries of what AI can achieve in marketing and creative production.
